Overtired-ness

It's a real thing!! It hits me every-so-often when I need a break from the fast pace of life and training. One full day of rest and a few more days of reminding myself that I need to take the time to sit and relax and then it passes. It tends to re-visit again in a month. Often close to or just after exams, rowing races, and during holidays. I have none of those things this week, but I have been doing ALL the things that I love and not taking enough time to sleep...which clearly I don't have time for while I am doing all the things that I love to do.
Today I am resting and learning to listen to my body. It's a life long lesson.

One a great note:
APPLE CINNAMON CHEERIOS with me on the box HAS ARRIVED IN LONDON...so I went and bought 7 boxes :) So exciting!!!
